RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from delivery date to your door (per delivery service records). If 14 days have passed since your received the item, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and include the original label/ tag still attached.

Gift card are not refundable. if you made a purchase using a gift card and not happy with it, we will gladly issue an exchange following the above rules of return.

To complete your return, please provide receipt or proof of purchase, enclosed with the returned package.

Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return comply with our above guideline, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depends on your bank/ credit card individual policy. If store credit was issue, you will receive it within 3 business days from the day we received the returned item .

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Replacing a damage item

love the item you purchased but it arrive damaged/ defective ? no problem! email us a photo or two with description of the issue, and we will issue you a return label, free of charge.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. You are responsible for paying your own shipping fee for returning a gift item. Please consider using tracking number when sending an item back, as we are not responsible for lost in the mail items.

Shipping a returned Item

To return your product, you should mail your product after you have contacted us. we will provide you with the address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless it is arrived in a damaged condition, at which case we will ask for email and photos of the damage). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning expensive items (such as jewelry), you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS THAT WERE SENT BACK TO US AND DID NOT ARRIVE. PLEASE CONSIDER USING TRACKING WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM IN ORDER TO ENSURE SMOOTH TRANSACTION.
